Experience
Establishes accurate budget for agency works within budget. Purchases/secures quality resources that are cost-effective. Utilizes Society contracts and vendors when applicable. Assures a client&rsquos service and service plan are determined using true and accurate information. Analyze and assure all accounts 30 days and older are properly collected and followed up on. Responds to complaints about quality in a timely manner and implements plan for improvement. Participates in the QA / CQI process. Assures the completion of quality improvement audits as assigned assures timely completion by department staff members assigned. Addresses ethical issues in marketing and billing practices. Speaks at community events and promotes use of the agency and services. Sets performance goals for all agency sales activities. Planning and/or supervision of advertising and promotional activities. Conducts and/or evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Maintains and updates customer relationship management (CRM) database with prospective leads and referral sources on a regular basis.Provides and directs all leadership. Assigns / performs completion of client service agreement and service plan on a timely basis. Assures client experience visits are completed on a timely basis. Keeps the service plan and service agreement up to date. Recruiting, hiring and employee engagement.
