Oversee all HR functions for multiple franchise locations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, workers compensation, aca compliance, unemployment claims, policy and procedures, training, etc.


  • Provided human resources leadership, employee relations and training for multiple franchise locations

  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, salary negotiations, employee incentives and retention, policy compliance, payroll, succession planning and compensation planning/budgets

  • Streamlined the sourcing, selection and hiring process by implementing new HRIS systems

  • Oversight, management and maintenance of the HRIS system, PTO policies, record keeping, ACA reporting and compliance

  • Design, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee development training

  • Point of contact for all employee issues, successfully resolving issues with integrity. Able to effectively communicate with internal and external partners

  • Represent the company for all state and federal regulatory reporting, unemployment hearings, workers compensation matters, state and local auditing, etc

  • Benefits administration, and oversee HR functions for all locations
