Full-time production manager and office manager for a theatrical production and lighting design company based in NYC and CT. Administrative responsibilities included:

Experience

Payroll management for employees and independent contractors, bookkeeping, invoicing, scheduling, and general accounting monitored soft goods rentals and warehouse inventory. The production company's main client was entertainer, Liza Minnelli. Our involvement included domestic and world tours, television specials, and live events such as Frank, Liza & Sammy: The Ultimate Event at Carnegie Hall, Liza: Steppin' Out at Radio City Music Hall (x2), and Liza Minnelli & Charles Aznavour at the Palais de Congres de Paris. Responsibilities throughout the 10 year period:

  • Established and supervised on-site operations offices for large scale concert productions which included interviewing, hiring, and supervising part-time staff, crews, and production assistants for concerts, events, and guest appearances
  • Implemented pre and post-production and rehearsal schedules for performers, musicians, laborers, and staff
  • Arranged trucking, rentals, travel, catering, rehearsal space logistics, and worked with event planners on VIP events
  • Other projects included shows and events for Martha Graham Dance Company, Mariah Carey, Chita Rivera, Michael Feinstein, and corporate events and shows including Victoria's Secret, Mercedes Benz, Daimler-Chrysler, IBM, General Motors, Walt Disney World, American Express, and Reebok
