This is a partime position with hours from 5:30 am to 10:00 am. This may be weekdays or weekends. The position cleans, restocks and maintains the food stock while guests are eating. This position requires a high degree of cleaning for all tables, and buffet line. This positon is reqired to breakdown the breakfast buffet, clean, restock for the next day, vaccum the eating area, work with the lead Breakfast person to keep all food organized in the refrigerators and freezers. This position enjoys interacting with guests during the shift, and helping the guests with all there food needs.
