- Contracted to work for Wells Fargo&rsquos Conduct Management onboarding team.
- Act as liaison with partners in Conduct Management for awareness of staffing resources for onboarding needs.
- Implement onboarding processes to provide our new hires with the tools and resources they need to be successful in their new roles.
- Support ongoing routines and status updates with senior leadership to prepare and plan for incoming new hires.
- On/Off boarding of team members to ensure work readiness and risk mitigation.
