Built and Maintained profiles for products in our system, for listing on our website, and eBay and Amazon.
Repaired electronics such as credit card readers, Scanners and Printers.
Printed orders from our various online portals (Website, eBay, Amazon, Gunbroker, GunsAmerica, etc)
Sorted the orders based on if the item was on hand, and where we had it (Between 3 different locations), and where in that location the item was.
All rush items (Amazon Prime, 1-day shipping) items, I would pull from the floor or warehouse myself, to make sure they get shipped out ASAP.
All other orders that we had on hand, were sent to the locations where the items were to be pulled, packaged and shipped.
If we did not have the item, It would come back upstairs to me, where I would contact vendors, searching for the item to get drop shipped, or ordered, and I would contact the customer for any delays.
Worked with inventory logistics for our road shows and gun show.
Transferred items in the system based on inventory movement (Warehouse to Store A for example)
