Worked with interdisciplinary teams to communicate needs and status changes with the team. Facilitated mandated reporting. Provided client education to improve housing and financial status. Provided information and resource support to clients and families. Good listening and communication skills. Good customer service skills. Leadership and organizational skills, good attention to detail and follow through. Adaptable, flexible, dependable, reliable, prompt and sincere.

Since retirement, have worked as library support and senior companion. Would prefer telephone or telecommuting now, foe example: customer service, sales follow-up calls, registration or assessment, information and referral, etc.
