I have several years of experience in a small butcher shop. My main job was wrapping custom meat. I am knowledgeable in what cut comes from where and how to cook each piece. My main title job was to wrap custom meat, keep inventory for each customer, confirm order, check quality, and fill orders. I also would writwup bills and prepare them for customers. I also have a lot of experience in sausage making. I have written a recipe book and came up with my own recipes which have at times become top sellers. I have also been trained and know how to use a handtmann vf 620 vacuum stuffer as well as a smaller piston stuffer. I have kept inventory and ordered spices and ingredients for all sausage making. I have created inventory sheets and assisted with simple computer forms to assist in making the company run smoother. I also have experience in processing wild game. I have experience in curing and smoking as well.
