  • Play a strategic role within the benefits department in the delivery of the overall design and benefits strategy - ensure alignment between benefits strategy and business objectives
  • Responsible for vendor management of Dental, Life, Disability, FSA, Commuter plans - annual service review, SLA&rsquos, governance and security risk reviews
  • Manage vendor billing and budget for specific benefit plans, track expense progress and monthly reconciliation
  • Resolve sensitive escalations related to benefits
  • Assist with acquisition and divestiture planning
  • Ensure numerous compliance requirements are completed and recorded
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans for key messages
  • Build trusting relationships with internal partners such as Legal, Finance, Communications, Procurement HR Services and HRBPs
  • Lead and/or participate on cross-functional team projects teams, implementation of new vendors and operational procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to internal partners
  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency or best practice with local and offshore benefits specialists and HRIS/Tech teams
