I needed to be a fast learner, and able to work at a fast pace. Attention to detail was also very necessary, as specification sheets could appear very similar. Trained to run Painting machine with 3 movable nozzles, variable belt speed, atm pressure, fluid pressure, and fan speed. Required to check the quality of products and adjust accordingly. Needed to meet quota daily.
