I have extensive customer service and order entry skills. I have worked in a fast paced customer service roll, providing services from taking billing payments, troubleshooting , service to sales, customer retention, and taking customer escalation calls. I have corresponded with customers , business account executives, managers and business customers. I was the go to person for providing correct information about the services we offer, verifying process, entering orders , scheduling installs, and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
I have held a business development coordinator roll. I was responsible for taking sales leads , and reaching out to the customer, over coming customer objections, updating notes in the CRM and scheduling customers to meet with a sales specialist . Also providing follow up to see how the sales meeting went , following up on no show appointments and relaying concerns to the managers .
I have worked as a caregiver in a assisted living home, providing care for residents with dementia. Duties included getting certified to be a trained medical aid, helping residents with all ADL's such as bathing, cooking , cleaning , charting and giving meds.
