• Built and managed complex compensation project plan (1800+ tasks) organized into 21 workstreams, creating cohesive, clearly defined plans and guiding team members in completing assignments on-time.
• Managed the change management/communication planning and execution for ACP, including developing strategies and acquiring resources, resulting in higher rate of adoption and efficiency.
• Utilized project management tools and methodologies such as RACI, Agile, Waterfalls, Lean, and PMBOK, leading to standardizing and streamlining project work, and more transparent communication to senior leaders.
