Was restaurant operator for 5 years. Was in charge of all daily operations for the restaurant.


Was in charge of opening restaurant and preparing food along with any cleaning and other prep work that needed to be done before opening for the day. Other duties included but not limited to conducting interviews, orientations for hiring process, making employee/manager schedule, running payroll, preforming employee reviews, weekly/monthly inventory, food orders, meetings for advertising/marketing, setting up community impact nights(fundraiser).
