Collect and enter complex data from various sources into multiple systems allowing for tracking and data analysis.
Reviews documents for completeness and adequacy, accuracy and compliance with rules.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients, co-workers and supervisors taking minutes when necessary.
Provide in depth detailed information to clients and prosepctive clients as determined by program policy and procedure.
Respond to complaints.
Make referrals and send resources as necessary.
Provide administative assistance to all groups as needed, switching tasks as necessary to continue a smooth workflow while completing all assigned tasks.
