The core Customer/Member Management system is comprised of 26 proprietary applications still functioning as the company's core services today.

Created R&D team responsible for handling many of the projects which were not tied directly to core IS systems, such as member-facing systems, new initiatives, bake-offs, and partner analysis.
Largest R&D development was a custom digital media content system, providing service to nearly 2,000 member-facing portals in our clubs saving over $3 million dollars annually by eliminating software licensing fees from six external partners. The internally developed solution streamlined scheduling and playlist management to a single playlist per channel system-wide, with real-time playback and health reporting, and reduced network traffic through development of a system-wide peer-to-peer CDN.
