I was responsible for over 40 customer accounts. It was my duty to keep in contact with them and establish good communication with them to acquire their business. As an accounts manager I would receive incoming calls and emails to book freight loads to ship on our company trucks all over the United States. I would input those loads into the system, track them and then follow up on the load to ensure it was delivered. I was the primary contact person for the customer, so having an elite set of skills for organization, communication and company knowledge was vital.
