Follow install from beginning to completion, work with scheduling with customers and delivery of product.
Experience
I worked with a designer for remodel projects for customers. Once sold I would be responsible for contract processing with the installer. Also make sure all product is ordered, while tracking product until delivered. Make sure all product for the complete project is ready for delivery . Also work with customer to coordinate install dates , answer questions through the project time until completion. Input information into a computer to track project until completion.
