Meet each resident's physical health, hygiene and other supportive health-related services as established by the nurse and in the individual care plan. Document and communicate services per established policies and procedures. Administer medications, medication reminders, accurate vital signs, simple wound care dressing and catheter care. Also responsible for regular and scheduled light housekeeping for common areas of the building and specific resident areas indicated. Perform routine duties such as toileting, feeding, passing water and nourishments, bathing, skin care, shampooing, oral hygiene, cutting toenails, positioning, shaving, changing linens, laundry, preparing meals, restraining agitated or confused patients, answering patient care lights.
