Union payroll is done on Mondays so when mailed to the employee(s) they will receive by Friday, as per Union rules. Monthly payroll reporting is done the first week of the month, along with paying the monthly payroll taxes.
All accounts payable is entered when received in the mail or on Mondays and payable when due.
Billing is cataloged on a spreadsheet daily to keep track of employees billable hours and materials per job.
Monthly bank reconciliations are done when the statement arrives, usually the first week of the month.
