Made sure every one had material to get started with there work day. Cleaned work area and made sure machines had the right amount of oil in them and product is ready for work
Experience
I would clean the floor around my area start my rubber machine for the day. Keep product loaded next to me as i worked. Suppily should be available at all time sometime. We had to stock your own product during the day i'm a very hard worker and i am a very loyal person and i get alone with everyone i meet.
