I began my career at a truck and tractor dealership, working in the service department. I have a good mechanical aptiutde and understand dealer operations. I started working for manufacturers in 1990 and have spent time in some of the largest multi-national corporations in the agricultural and construction business. My roles have included: Service and Warranty Administrator, Service Trainer, Territory Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Technical Sales Specialist, Sales and Product Training Facilitator and Business Development Manager.

I understand that change is a constant within organizations and I do not let it slow me down. My training has included technical and sales courses, including my certification as an Action Selling facilitator. I am self motivated and have very good time management skills. Travel and extended workdays during busy seasons are embraced as well as taking on special projects and participating in dealer panels, etc..
