Efficiency, development and accuracy is a large part of quality in the processes I have helped with in the past. Training employees in accordance with policies within a work environment is key to meeting customer requirements.

I've got experience training employees on many different types of assembly, I learn quickly and like to take on new projects. Lots of microscope experience, some different bonding methods, product testing methods and packaging products. I've done some document control, had opportunities to interact with customers, done some shipping and receiving using Made to Manage software and some laser welding/marking experience.

I have a certificate in production technology, but I am open to learning new areas and wearing many hats within a company. I enjoy working in a team but also can work independently and have a strong attention to detail.
