25 years experience in back of house work. Line cook, prep cook. Can work fry, grill, expo, dish, deli, window. Familiar with most common kitchen equipment. Able to read and follow recipes. Team Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Mgr experience.
Have experience in a wide range of restaurant styles, including truck stop, diner, family restaurant, bar/restaurant, bistro, "rib joint" and country club / golf course. Cando inventory /truck. Basic knowledge of computers/data entry. Willing to work weekends and holidays.
