Nearly 36 years of esxperience as a Caretaker III position. This included proactive and preventative observations and practices which may get implimented through higher management approval. Maintained 108 apartments in an 11 building complex. Was authorized to make pertinent alterations as deemed necessary and the power to purchase items as needed to complete this renovation. Made and/or subcontracted any necessary repairs to make the apartments, commons of buildings a safe and proper living environment within the rules and regulations of the employer, State of Minnesota and Housing of Urban Development program. The exterior and grounds were also part of job duties which included renovating landscapes and maintaing them as I saw fit through management approval. Coordinated efforts with management positions such as Occupancy Manger, Property Manager, Housing Director to facilitate operations. I have acquired a Special Eingineer Boiler License that is current, trained in Blood Borne Pathogens, Lead Safety, Managing Difficult People, Nonviolent Crisis Inervention and attended Multi Housing Training Seminars. Help install, utilize and maintain an irrigation system and surveillance system.
