Managed the VMS program at General Mills and VMS / MSP Program at the Federal Reserve Bank 3 Bank locations: Boston, Chicago and Minneapolis Utilized Acceleration VMS to procure clients Contingent Workforce, monitor supplier performance and invoice.

I was responsible for the daily operation of the Managed Staffing Program through Agile 1 at the Federal Reserve Bank (3 years) and General Mills (9 years. This included taking part in initial discovery sessions to create processes for the programs, through the implementation and training stages. As the manager for these acccounts, I was responsible for training and on boarding suppliers, training client end users, distribution of open requirements to the supplier partners, monitoring the interview and engagement process f contractors, initiating pre-employment process, providing technical and billing support for both clients and suppliers. Another component of this role, was to provide reporting to the client on supplier performance, quarterly spend, program initiatives and industry best practices.
