I have had a career in the spa industry which included customer service at all times. Consulting and working with people directly for 12 years has given me the ability to communicate easily and naturally with clients. Communication is key to understanding the clients needs and goals. I have hands on therapy training as well as training in retail sales. Managing a coffee shop helped me to organize priorities throughout the day and handle a variety of customer challenges. These are some of the skills I have learned from experiencing a variety of duties in highly demanding work places and sometimes under the pressure to perform tasks I find that I can problem solve and think quickly when challenges arise.
