Initially brought on to fill a number of insurance agency roles in several states, I was asked to take on some special projects. These included classifying 10 - 12 CFO applicants by education, employers, skills and more. Updating hires with positive returns on their background check(s), as well as making certain employee files were in compliance, and other projects also were completed. In short order, I began to recruit for other corporate divisions and positions. Some of my biggest accomplishments were recruiting and successfully closing high level, high visibility requisitions such as Company President (division), and Corporate Counsel.
