Over the past 4 years I have developed leadership and management skills through various continuing education courses, mentorship, and research. I have sales and marketing experience, in which I was able to develop a marketing plan to increase our client census, as well as our annual revenue. I have developed excellent customer service skills and implemented these protocols into my staff. I managed all aspects of inventory and puchasing, in which I negotiated pricing and promotions with various vendors. This information was then communicated to the staff for marketing purposes. I managed all aspects of HR, including health, dental, and supplmental insurance. I am proficient with QuickBooks online, ADP and CBiz payroll platforms, Microsoft Office, MacOS, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. I am proficient with most social media platforms for marketing purposes i.e. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am also able to multitask, as well as good at decision-making, and analytical thinking.
