This is a direct sales role. This position works with Ownership, Marketing and Operations to grow the client base and increase brand awareness, while also maintaining good relationships with current clients. This position's primary focus is growing company revenues.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

[if !supportLists] ? [endif] Manage all phases of the business development cycle to successfully secure new business, such as:

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Prospect for new clients

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Deliver effective product demonstrations- in person or web-based

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Secure prospect commitment to conduct product trials/test files

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Attend and work the exhibit booth at assigned local, regional or national conferences

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Update the company's CRM system with sales activities daily

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Prepare responses to Request for Proposals (RFP's)

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Manage and understand the contracting process

[if !supportLists] ? [endif] Become and maintain a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) status within the healthcare provider revenue cycle management best practices

[if !supportLists] ? [endif] Build and improve market awareness of all of our products with the Marketing team. Help build/create newsletters, blogs, case studies, social media posts, and articles for publication

[if !supportLists] ? [endif] Maintain current client base satisfaction with site visits, quarterly meetings, trainings and product improvements

[if !supportLists] ? [endif] Provide insight from current clients and the healthcare industry for product improvements, new products and improved work flows to the operations team.

[if !supportLists] ? [endif] Manage the onboarding process and assist the operations team with required onboarding tasks for new clients.

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Client projects

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Daily tasks- client reports, support and troubleshoot client issues, and payer questions, downtimes or issues

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Put in necessary jobs for development team

[if !supportLists] o [endif] Test and approve for release development teams jobs

Key Security Responsibilities
