Performed research as an Applied Mathematics PhD candidate (biological modeling, parameter inference, statistical analysis of data). Instructed and assisted in instruction of undergraduate mathematics courses (e.g. Calculus, Differential Equations).

Developed and tested computational methodology (Matlab, Python) to extract mechanistic details of interactions between membrane-targeting proteins and membrane-bound ligands from single particle tracking experiments.

Used Markov Chain Monte Carlo for parameter inference, Leveraged supercomputing resources for method validation (Unix, bash, slurm).

Frequently interacted with biochemistry collaborators, requiring excellent written and verbal com- munication skills to interface biology with mathematical modeling.
