Experience
I was hired on at Olive Garden as a server and worked my way to being a supervisor and trainer. My job entailed a good amount of speaking with guests when an issue arose. I would do what was in my power to not only solve the issue, but also to make sure they left happy about how they were taken care of. I also focused a lot on the catering aspect and was in charge of working with guests to figure out how we could best serve them on any occasion they were planning. I would also make sure in advance things were ready to go and that the food would get to where we needed it on time, correct, and set up. I was with olive garden for about 2 years when unfortunately they went out of business. With only a weeks heads up I started at Grand View Lodge two days after Olive Garden closed it's doors.
