Maximize overall customer experience for Symphony SummitAI, a SaaS ITSM & ITAM ticketing tool, through project management, custom feature development, and Software Quality Assurance.


Escalate and drive customer concerns to resolution by coordinating efforts between customer success and software product development teams.

Assist in the configuration of customer instances to best practices. When needed, develop custom features in HTML, CSS, and Javascript, to meet customer's business goals.

Provide Quality Assurance through manual sandbox testing of existing and new features. Identify defects and develop workflow improvements.
