Utilizing various tools including pneumatic, electric, and hand tools, our assembly employees are responsible for the building of motor assemblies following work instructions and standard procedures. Full training will be provided.

The ideal candidates will possess mechanical aptitude and a willingness to take on challenges, will be eager to learn, motivated to drive quality, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for team players who are flexible, positive, and are open to assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test servo motors and gear head products
  • Follow manufacturing test procedures
  • Work within the assigned assembly cell to maintain production throughout
  • Maintain product traceability throughout assembly process
  • Frequent use of hand tools and measuring tools
  • High attention to detail
  • Read schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Machine tool operations and operation of production tooling and fixtures
  • Utilize hoists throughout the workday (training will be mandatory)

Qualifications:

  • Electronic and/or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Process analysis implementation skills
  • Ability to work standing for full workday as well as lift up to 50lbs multiple times throughout
  • Ability to work OT as needed
  • Solder experience is a plus
