To assist Employers with their HR needs and to keep a realistic amount of time needed to search for job seekers we have found 5 minutes twice each day to be perfect for a state wide search.
This applies to both Job Seekers and Employers.
With our simple 5 minutes twice a day search; we can assist employers and job seekers better with their time management by following our active member policy.
This policy is enforced by automated scripts triggered by sign in activity.
This policy is designed to assist people with their employment and HR goals. It is not designed to single out those that do not have 10 minutes per day to search.
We understand what "Limited Time" means and have concluded that job seekers and HR people have to have at least 1 hour per seek to conduct the most basic search to interview processes.
We have found that any effort that amounts to less than one hour per week is not an effective search to interview process.

In actual listing time MnWorks.Net Jobs has had posts indexed and online in less than 3 seconds. Which often times can not be retracted or removed from search engines. This is why refunds need to be requested before publishing services are used.

The review policy has two primary goals.
We will often correct simple mistakes while other times send you an email asking you to rewrite your post before it is approved.
