Countryside Services was founded in 1996. We offer services as a swimming pool builder, excavator, snow plowing provider and dealer. Our mission is to provide quality services and products to every customer at prices they can afford. Our shop is in Ramsey, MN off highway 10 and Sunfish Boulevard.

We are looking for Full and Part-Time General Laborers. The position will offer year-round work, friendly work environment, and great benefits. No experience is necessary. Paid on the job training will be provided.

This position will support both our in-ground swimming pool construction crew and snowplowing division.

Key responsibilities

Pool Construction Crew:

• Construct pool
• Pool Plumbing
• Trowel and prepare pool bottom for liners
• Pool liner installation
• Equipment used: Skid loaders, backhoes, dump truck, power tools, lasers, hand tools, measuring devices, cordless tools, etc.

Snowplow Service and Sales:

• Install snow plows
• Build snow plows
• Diagnose and repair snowplows
• Receive and check in new product
• Prepare and ensure all supplies and equipment are stocked
• Equipment used: forklifts, hand tools, air impact tools, etc

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, couch down, twist consistently throughout the day.
• Willingness to work in various climate conditions
• Ability to be self-motivated, set goals and tasks, continually learn and contribute to a positive team environment
• Ability to properly lift, carry, push, rake, shovel and move materials, supplies, tools on a frequent basis throughout the day
• Ability to pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Plumbing background
• Carpentry background
• CDL
