This position is an entry-level Human Resource role that is responsible for assisting with all facets of the hiring process to include recruitment, scheduling interviews, assessments and pre-employment screening and new hire administration.
Minimum Requirements
- Two years post-secondary education, with emphasis in Human Resources, Management or a related field
- Two years of experience working in a coordinator, administrative, or a related support role
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast pace environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Ability to take initiative, work as a team player, and take ownership of assignments
- Effective communication, writing and grammar skills, paying great attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid driver&rsquos license and reliable vehicle to commute between job sites
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor&rsquos degree in Human Resources or related field
- Recruiting and hiring experience
- HRIS database experience
- Experience using NEOgov applicant tracking system
- PHR or SPHR Certification
