This position is an entry-level Human Resource role that is responsible for assisting with all facets of the hiring process to include recruitment, scheduling interviews, assessments and pre-employment screening and new hire administration.

Minimum Requirements

  • Two years post-secondary education, with emphasis in Human Resources, Management or a related field
  • Two years of experience working in a coordinator, administrative, or a related support role
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast pace environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency
  • Ability to take initiative, work as a team player, and take ownership of assignments
  • Effective communication, writing and grammar skills, paying great attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid driver&rsquos license and reliable vehicle to commute between job sites

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor&rsquos degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Recruiting and hiring experience
  • HRIS database experience
  • Experience using NEOgov applicant tracking system
  • PHR or SPHR Certification
