The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, customer service and operations support to all areas of Northern Plains Insurance & Financial. This role is responsible for initiatives in addition to administrative support for the CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
&bull Answer calls greet clients and respond to client requests with professionalism and care.
&bull Processing applications and be integral in servicing client accounts.
&bull Update client and case information.
&bull Process investment and insurance applications and ongoing service requests.

&bull Strong computer skills and applications of various programs

&bull Ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and the ability to work under pressure.
&bull High level of detail .
&bull Good understanding of the Financial industry.
&bull Capable of being able to receive feedback in order to grow professionally.
&bull High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years administrative or reception experience required.
&bull Knowledge of financial services, annuity and life products strongly preferred.
&bull Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
&bull Opportunity to obtain licenses, such as life insurance license, along with FINRA Series 7, 63.
