Prepared programs for external stakeholders scrutiny through quarterly record reviews. Ensuring that Policies, and Procedures, and Standards are in compliance. Updating handbooks, and manuals, writing policy and procedure as needed for compliance. Building strong internal relationships with Executive Leadership, Center Directors, Program Supervisors, and Coordinators, as well as external relationships with stakeholders. Project managed Center Accreditation, staff credentialing and other tasks/projects assigned. Maintained e-handbooks, forms, and policy and procedure. Initiated the CDA credentialing program for staff. Served on Quality Improvement committee for the State of IL. Researched Early Learning/Home Visiting best practices. With the collaboration of the Senior Analyst collected data for quarterly outcomes reporting. Reported out the findings to Executive Leadership and Center Directors. Created improvement plans for areas not in compliance. Set up and maintained an Authorized Entity for the Agency through the State of IL. This is a system to track and store staff training, education, and credentials gained throughout each year to ensure that state compliance is met. On a quarterly basis, reports were pulled and distributed to the Early Learning Leadership to be used for staff development and individual development plans.
