We have a job alert function that uses keywords and phrases that match job seekers that use the same function. It's important to only use keywords related to the job.

Ask yourself what word would describe the job you are offering and then think of all the words job seekers might use. When matches are made the job seeker is notified.

We are also developing a static alert page for employers. This will display the same Keywords and Phrases Job Seekers used. Just one method of matching jobs and job types.
