Payments / Refunds / Credits

All payments are processed by PayPal Inc. Online for any and all services and subscriptions.

Refunds are based on reason, time and will be prorated if public posts or advertisements have been displayed. Prorate is based on paid time.

Credits can be used if actual paid time expires to resolve any type of issue you might have encountered during your paid membership subscription time.

Any and all processing fees, setup fees, configuration time, proofing and general labor associated with your account will not be refunded.

Otherwise refunds / returns period in time shall not be more than 24 hours. Beyond 24 working hours, time credits will be issued.

Due to the speed of which  MnWorks.Net Jobs markets online, and the amount of SEO, SEM, search engines and social media indexing no refunds will be issued after posts have been published for more than 24 hours. In actual listing time MnWorks.Net Jobs has had posts indexed and online in less than 3 seconds. Which often times can not be retracted or removed from search engines. This is why refunds need to be requested before publishing services are used.

The feature will remain active with a new subject line indicating a non-member communications. "NON-MEMBER", Non-member communications are BCC to the network admin to prevent and reduce abuse, fraud, spam. We have security in place to report, block, identify network abuse.

To manage development of new features and debugging of code that is in place we may at times monitor sections of the website to better provide you with the best user experience. Some types of monitoring include receiving copies of notifications from our One Click features, postings, members information, and email addresses. We never share this information with anyone. We use developers collected information to correct issues that our members may experience before they actually know their has been an error. We review everything from your sign-up information to your postings.
The review policy has two primary goals.

We will often correct simple mistakes while other times send you an email asking you to rewrite your post before it is approved.
We do this by having a copy sent to us via email.
Everything you publish is read which for many is a blessing because you don't want to say the wrong thing online if your name is attached to it.
We also screen your motivation, if you're looking to post for a job or are offering a job we make sure you are using the correct account.
We will without notice remove any personal identifiable information placed in the public non member postings and screen random document postings for the same.
We will do our part to keep you safe from Identity Fraud and ask that you take steps to do the same.
Standard Rule: DO NOT PUBLISH YOUR SSN TO ANY WEBSITE EVER!
Unless they are the hiring company and make you an offer which means they send you their hire package with their SSN or Federal Tax ID you do not share anything with them.
Just ask questions before you send your information.

Pre-Employment Screening that requires your SSN should be reported to us so we can ask them to disclose their resource.

Several employment agencies and recruiters have been used a $10.00 per month company that was banned from operating within the USA.
They are currently offering the same services from an offshore location. Specifically, the island chains unregulated by the US.
We have had 1 or more reports of data mining and reselling of personal information.
We also have on file false and misleading background reports distributed by this company.
If you are not sure about who is hiring you and what services they may be using please ask us to ask them to disclose this information publicly so we all know the company is doing "Smart" business.

All messages are screened that are sent between any party to another when using our internal messaging system.

Inactive Accounts

This site is designed to be used as a tool.

By simply signing up and not using the site does nothing for yourself or for those others that use the site.

Members inactive for more than 7 days will be sent an email reminder.

Members inactive for more than 30 days and that have not posted will be closed.

Members inactive for more than 30 days with postings will be reminded that their account will be closed at 60 days.

The site is designed for you to use and visit once or twice each day.

You may cancel your account at anytime.

We will cancel accounts that are not active.

We use third-party and in-house SPAM filtering systems. We reserve the right to BAN any connection to our site that has SPAMMED or ABUSED our services for an indefinite period of time and for any other reason not listed.

If you have been directed here after sending a private message it is due to the fact you are not a member, you have not read the policy on spamming members and you are subject to being reported as a spammer to spam prevention index websites.

Email Security TLS v1.2

Our email server that keeps you updated with job alerts, changes and even password resets is using secure encryption called TLS v1.2.

Nearly all online email servers offer this type of email security. It encrypts your connection between email servers so to prevent anyone from reading your email content.

Some email servers use old or no security with their connections. As of this date we do not support any communications that are not encrypted while in transit. (Server to Server)

Please be advised, if you do not receive your sign up email from us within one or two minutes check the list of domain names that do not support our level of security.

This has nothing to do with how you are using your email software or app. It has everything to do with who you are using for your email account.
