Administrative duties included but were not limited to:
Strategic Planning: Working with other members of leadership to lead and develop our company's mission, creative events, and seasonal planning.
Creating yearly budgets in accordance with the strategic planning goals which include goals for internal revenue, sales goals, utility maintenance, staff payroll and development and more.
Maintaining daily store operations such as opening and closing, daily sales and monthly bills, writing and maintaining staff schedules, writing weekly task lists, writing 30-60-90 day plans, reporting variances in monthly expenses to actual costs.
Yearly training and monthly ongoing development/education to improve as a Manager and Team leader and to develop, train and recognise staff and to improve overall store performance
Community driven, working with other local non-profits, government job centers and other volunteer programs to bring the communities needs into our daily work.
Proficient in Google Applications and Microsoft Applications and Programs
Flexible and Hardworking, able to adapt to change and create unique revenue streams such as auctions, online sales and creating unique departments to up-sell products.
