I have sufficient computer skills such as hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and networking. I also have experience with Active Directory, understand ITIL for best business practices, and am familiar with different ticketing systems. I have experience using Service Now (ISSM), Solarwinds, IBM Maximo, Spiceworks, Salesforce, and recently GoToAssist and BMS (Kaseya).
I have experience in building laptops and desktops alike imaging and swapping out parts, updating drivers, etc. The brands of computers I have fixed so far have been HP, Dell, Acer, and Lenovo. I also have experience with different remote tools such as RDP/RDC, DameWare, TightVNC, TeamViewer, SCCM, GoToAssist (Unattended Support and GoToOpener installer) and Kaseya (LiveConnect). I am also familiar with antiviral and antimalware platforms such as Webroot, Malwarebytes, Symantec, and Sophos (Intercept-X).
