I managed team members, delegated tasks and organized people by their strengthens in order for fast productivity. I also worked with team members stocking shelves and setting floor plans to set standards of productivity and achieve store sales goals.

I have over 10 years experience in customer service, sales and in food safety. My last job was with Target as a manager and I helped them increase sales and there quotas every month I was with them for the last 5 years. I ran a team of 25 people in a store that makes over 10 million a year in sales alone. I helped create ways to enhance team and store productivity to increase sales while still helping customers, all why up selling at the same time. I also am trained in POS systems, Microsoft, Powerpoint, Excel, and I am Serv Safe certified. I am a current college student with a 4.0 GPA and I am extremely detailed oriented and strive for perfect attendance.
