As a crew member, we are put together as a team and all work together to get the job done assisting the customers. I get to deal with customers that are satisfied with their stay and some that arent, but at the end of the day the problem is fixed.

On a day to day business, it all counts on teamwork and hospitality. It comes with the responsibility to speak to customers that are either coming in or leaving, to make sure they get what they need and enjoy their stay or visit. While assisting the customers, I am put to work with computers and machines I have to operate myself, such as a blender, microwave, oven, and stove. I&rsquove learned many skills such as becoming a better communicator, learning how to give the right impression with just our smile, and being able to assist to a team.
