I have experience establishing creative strategies and streamlining recruiting processes, to help improve candidate experience and reduce time to fill. Through my extensive community and campus network, I am able to creatively fill harder to fill roles.


On a weekly basis, I may have a requisition load on average of 15-20 requisitions. In my roles, I have acquired the unique ability to think outside of the box on ways to generate a more diverse and robust pipeline. I feel my passion for the candidate's experience and truly partnering with both candidates and hiring managers to connect the best talent is what truly sets me apart from my counterparts, and has attributed to my success.
