Opening and closing the store signing receipts from venders Counting and balancing the safe, counting and balancing cash drawers completing store resets and cleaning and maintaining store appearance Assisting the pharmacy staff when needed.

As a shift lead for Walgreens there are several duties that I perform on a regular or as needed basis. I open and close the store when required to or assigned to, I count the cash drawers and safe to ensure they balance correctly. I help clean and organize the store as needed, perform shelf resets, sign vender receipts as needed. Discipline employees when needed or address and correct ongoing behaviors and report back to the store manager. I assist the pharmacy when they are short staffed or when they get too busy. Handle customer concerns or complaints and resolve them so that all parties involved are satisfied.
