What to do if you forget your password. It is very easy to reset your password. Read everything below to learn about the most common mistakes and how to reset your password.

Resetting your password is very easy to do.

The first thing you need to do is visit our login page. The link is at the top of each page you visit. "Login"

We do not use user names for your login name. We use Email addresses for your user name. Be sure you are using the correct email address.

After you type your email address in the email user name field type the numbers shown in the captcha field.

Read the message after you send your password reset.

If our system found your email it will respond with a message starting with your first name.

If the message shows anything about your email address not being found then that means the email address you used is not registered with our site.

If that is the case be sure you are at the correct website. We are MnWorks a private group of people that offer a job board for all to use. We are not a recruiter or a local state government website.

If you do not receive your new temporary password within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours) send us a note using our contact form.

Most Common Mistakes

  • Wrong Website
  • Wrong Email address
  • Your email uses spam filters check your junk mail box
  • Your Caps Lock is on.
  • You never signed in with our temporary password to change it.
  • You didn't read the message after you sent a password reset request.

Additional Help.

First you need to visit the login page and then enter the email address you used to sign up with.

Our system will validate the email as yours and display your first name if everything went correctly.

A new temporary password will be sent to the email address you entered.

Don't forget about the Captcha Numbers. You must enter them as shown before you click on the submit or reset button.

Check your email for your new password.

Then, login and change your password to something other than what we sent to you. If you would like to use our password suggestion then re-enter it again as your password change. This will encode the password and make it yours.

If you do not have access to the email you used to sign up and have a secondary email registered with us we can reset your password manually and text the new password to you directly. But this will only happen if you have your text email registered with us.
